The name miit, inc. originates from our core belief: "make it in tailor-made."
Our journey began when a resident Indian entrepreneur in Kobe approached our founder, Takao, with a heartfelt challenge:
"I want to break into Japan's tourism industry, but I have no idea where or how to start."
Driven by a passion to dissolve such barriers, Takao established miit upon a single, guiding philosophy: "To build a society where taking on new challenges is second nature."
Drawing on deep background expertise in the hotel industry, Takao launched the business just as Japan’s inbound travel market began to surge. By forming strategic alliances with small-scale, licensed local travel agencies, miit initiated its first step toward transforming regional access into global opportunities.
